The Posey Side Rail Wedge is designed to help protect patients from injury or entrapment by closing gaps along the bed side rails. This safety product provides the following features:
Hook-and-loop straps for easy attachment
Made of durable medium-density foam to help safeguard against accidental patient injury
Wipe-clean, water-repellant cover
Can be adjoined (via sewn-in zipper) to a second Posey Side Rail Wedge or to a Posey Horseshoe Wedge (see SKU 5730, listed below) for expanded coverage of bed perimeter

Quick-release, two-point press buckles and hook-and-loop straps for easy attachment
